Part-time Nutrition Site Staff II
Calhoun County Council on Aging (CCCOA) is accepting applications for a part time Nutrition Site Staff II position. The Nutrition Site Staff II is responsible for assisting with coordination of the congregate meal site program and home delivered meal program on a daily basis to include but not limited to plating congregate and home delivered meals, washing dishes, and maintaining sanitation in the kitchen area. Assist with daily meal delivery of home delivered meals and compete reports according to policy and procedure. Have a basic knowledge of services offered by the agency and procedures for accessing services.
Must possess and maintain basic first aid and CPR certifications (training is offered by department). Must have strength and agility to lift materials weighing up to but not limited to 25 pounds and stamina to stand for extended periods of time. Must be free of communicable disease and pass a pre-employment and random drug screenings.

Part-time Library Assistant
The Library seeks a part-time Library Assistant. This staff member will: assist patrons in locating and checking out library materials; help staff to deliver programs; empty book drop and bring materials into building; shelve and organize materials; assist patrons using computers; assist staff and patrons on the bookmobile; and other assigned duties.
The ideal candidate for this position has: a flexible schedule; experience working in a library; a broad knowledge of literature; experience working with computers; experience in a fast-paced customer service setting; an ability to attend to details; a positive attitude; and communication skills and willingness to promote a strong library team. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with numerous children and patrons of diverse backgrounds. This is a part-time, 15-20 hour/week position that requires some evenings and rotating Saturdays.
