Family Court

The Family Court has exclusive jurisdiction to hear cases concerning domestic disputes. Among the many types of matters that the Family Court presides over are divorces, annulment, separate maintenance and support, custody, visitation rights, child support, alimony, division of marital property, paternity, legal guardianship, domestic violence incidents, and change of name.

Family Court Client Portal Information

Calhoun County Clerk of Court and the South Carolina Judicial Department have released an online portal for child support customers. The site is designed to function with modern web browsers such as Google Chrome, and it is available via this link - https://clientportal.dss.sc.gov

Attorney Access Portal

Attorneys may log into the Attorney Access Portal of FCCMS via the link below with their username & password from the Attorney Information System.
