A meeting of the Planning Commission of the County of Calhoun has been scheduled for Thursday, January 16th 2025, at 6:00 PM in Calhoun County Annex Council Chambers, 102 Courthouse Dr., St. Matthews SC 29135. The purpose is for a meeting as follows:

1.Zoning Map Amendment for TMS# (022-00-00-039) from Rural Neighborhood and Industrial to Industrial.
2.Zoning Map Amendment for TMS# (121-00-03-070) from Single Family Residential to Multiuse Residential.
